1. The part being returned must be accompanied with the invoice or receipt.
2. The parts must be returned within 60 days in the original package and in sellable condition for a full refund.
3. Parts returned after 60 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
4. All John Deere SPECIAL ORDERED parts must be returned within 30 days and will be assessed a minimum of a 15% restocking fee. The part must be over $20 and deemed a returnable part by John Deere to qualify.
5. Non-John Deere SPECIAL ORDERED parts must be returned within 30 days. The restocking fee is based on manufacturer/supplier return policy and freight charges.
6. No returns on electrical parts, gaskets, filters, open kits, or installed parts.
7. The part being returned must be returned to the location it was purchased at.
